The Advocacy

Live

We seek to foster awareness and promote early detection strategies. Through the Childhood Cancer Helpline, we are able to build a future where every child has a chance at a healthy life.

Laugh

We believe in creating ways for the kids to celebrate their milestones and enjoy a normal childhood through CAN BEAT IT, a graduation ceremony and Shine! Dreams Do Come True prom night.

Love

The power of love can fuel strength and hope. In our first Charity Gala, we are joined by generous hearts and philanthropic figures to show solidarity, promote compassion, and raise funds.

Leave a Legacy

Through our support system, we foster the youth to be involved in sharing their time and resources, to be the driving force in raising awareness, to provide support and create a community of care.

Vision

A world where no child or family faces cancer alone where early detection saves lives, compassionate care restores hope, survivors thrive, and every act of kindness leaves a lasting legacy.

Mission

To uplift children and families affected by cancer by promoting awareness and early detection, supporting comprehensive patient care and survivorship, and mobilizing communities especially the youth to LIVE with purpose, Love deeply, Laugh through hope, and Leave a legacy of compassion and shared responsibility.

Letter from the Founder

The I Want to Share Foundation (IWTS) was founded in 2013 by Ms. Sheila Romero and seven empowered women to support Filipinos affected by cancer. Our mission is to empower children and families by providing the guidance, care, and resources they need to navigate their health and well-being.

Since 2015, IWTS has provided financial assistance for catastrophic illnesses and has supported the Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Department of the Philippine General Hospital. Highlights include raising P5 million in 2019 to renovate the 10-bedroom Infectious Ward and provide medicines and tests for over 650 pediatric cancer patients annually. In 2023, IWTS raised 24 million pesos to continue support and launch the country’s first Cancer Helpline, helping families access timely care and early detection, aiming to increase survival rates and reduce treatment abandonment.

Looking ahead, IWTS will host its 2025 Charity Gala to fund a 30-room facility offering free temporary housing for patients undergoing chemotherapy or surgery—a safe, supportive place during critical treatment.

From humble beginnings, IWTS has grown into a foundation making a lasting impact, committed to nurturing hope, supporting families, and working toward a future where every child affected by cancer can thrive.

Stronger Together

We work alongside hospitals, institutions, and partners who share our commitment to children’s healing.
